Not a whole lot of action this week. Today I worked out and then I paid a visit to my friend Muffy. She had her lung transplant last Friday and she looked amazing! She was sitting in a chair with her own pajamas on and had her oxygen off! I almost didn't recognize her. I am so happy for her--she has been waiting for over a year. They are talking about discharging her on Monday.
Wednesday I volunteered at Kexp. We had a band there for an in-studio performance so that was fun. The band was Minus 5--Peter Buck from REM is in the band. We took a picture with the band and a group of us from the station but I haven't gotten my hands on it yet. I will post it when I find it.
I am posting a photo of my visit with Muffy. Have a great weekend!

Hey,
Glad to hear about your friend Muffy. All is well here. Cass is out of school with a 103 temp, but she is a great patient. Still trying to finish up for Christmass. Everybody has something going on we have to make or buy something for. School, church x2, I have to be at both plant Christmas parties and the kids have numerous projects due this week and PSR parties on Wed. I love Christmas time, I just wish there was not so much going on so we could enjoy it. Much easier when we had one person staying home. Laura has been working late and the weekends. I feel better, just neeeded to vent. Wish you were going to be here over Christmas. I am sending a card out tomorrow. I want you to put it under your tree with the present. You better have a little tree up! If you don't have one this year, you need to buy a little one with some lights after Christmas. They will almost be giving them away. Gotta have a tree!
Take care,
Chris
Where are my snow pics? You promised me snow pics?
