I had a great time with Kelly and Forrest. We did the basic Seattle tourist stuff. Coffee, Fremont(pictures with the troll), Ballard, and the EMP and Science Fiction musuem. They also hit Canada and the Pike Place Market. They left yesterday and are probably still recovering from the flight and Jetlag.
I had a good workout today and tomorrow I am headed to the transplant support group. I haven't been to the last few meetings so I thought I would check in with them. The meetings can get frustrating since alot of the post transplant folks enjoy talking about how much they've been through. It is not always encouraging for those of us waiting for our transplants. I think my friend Muffy is going to be there so I want to talk to her about her recent transplant. She is doing so great and may even be back to workout with us next week.
I will try to update during the week. I am also posting some photos from the EMP.

Thanks for the pictures, PJ. I loved that museum when Rick and I were there. Estelle was extremely excited to see Kelly and Forrest last night when they picked her up. Kelly and Forrest had a great time with you in Seattle. Now it is back to work for all. Kelly is taking an on-line college class which started yesterday along with her work schedule. Patrick and I started back to school last week and the UK students start tomorrow. Rick is in charge of the house so we are all busy. Transplant - probably like having a baby - - everyone wants to tell their story. Enjoy your support group and have a great week. It is suppose to get down to the teens here temperature wise this week. Love....
Glad to hear everyone had a good time. I hope to make it out there again one day so I can do the tourist stuff. I will not be looking forward to that plane flight. It was two days before I could stand up straight. Planes were not made with 6'5" people in mind. All is well here. I have to winterize the boat tonight. They say it will be 10 degrees Friday. Might try to winterize the cat too.

Third try better be a charm. My computer is having issues. If this gets through I will write back.

It works! I will shorten up my message. Sorry Darlene. I see Kelly doing big things one day and I am not sure if your small town is big enough for her. I will eventually have everyone living in Atlanta if my evil plan works. I am recruiting those farthest away and working my way in. P.J. seems to be immune to my powers. I think Dad is breaking, then I begin with Kentucky and on to world domination. Ha Ha Ha (evil laugh loses something in translation) I can see the computers at Homeland Security coming to life with that statement.
My other thought was to introduce my nieces and nephews to this blog. It will make my work easier and I think we would have fun. Now that they are getting older and moving out, it will be harder to keep in touch. Promise me you will print the address and give it to them.
The reason I wrote in was to remind you it is time to change the Blog.
What would you do without me?
Chris
Thanks for all the comments--very exciting!! I would love for all of us to use this to connect. Thanks for the reminder to update. I am on it.
I'm not sure what updating the blog means. You all treat us so well in Atlanta... it is easy to think about moving there some day. Did it get down to 10 degrees, Chris? How did your support group go, PJ? Georgia is getting beat pretty good by UK right now in basketball. Patrick is watching every move. Have a great day!
Darlene
